EsseCi Computers sale conditions. EsseCi
Computers can change sale conditions whitout
warning.
New rules will be applied to sales effected from
the moment that they will be published on EsseCi
Computers web site.
We invite customer to read carefully sale conditions
every time that he buys on EsseCi Computers web
site.

Product characteristics are indicated
in the on-line catalogue and are visible
at the moment of choice and of order
compilation before to finish the forward
procedure. Showed images are just indicative
and can to significantly differ form
the available product. |

| Product prices and shipping costs |
|
Prices
(including taxes) are indicated in the
on-line catalogue at the product side.
Customer can choose
delivery modality from which will
depend the shipping costs.
Invoice will be emit at the moment of
the shipping and will include relative
expenses. It is no possible to emit
invoice after delivery of the product.
Invoiced price will be that indicated
as total at the moment of your order
confirmation.
EsseCi Computers can change prices
and shipping costs whitout warning. |

| Product availability - order acceptance |
|
After
order confirmation, EsseCi
Computers will send
an automatic e-mail as order reception
confirmation. This e-mail is sent in
order to notify order reception but
it will be possible that in the meantime
some special offer or product has been
sold out or has changed characteristics
or price. In this case we will contact
customer to cancel order (without penalty
for both EsseCi Computers
and Customer) or to
propose a different product or price
as soon as possible.
Customer is invited to print and
keep the e-mail.
In Customer do not receive the
e-mail with order reception confirmation,
he is invited to contact EsseCi Computers.
If it will be impossible, even
temporary, to deal with Customer's order,
EsseCi Computers
will send immediately
an e-mail for making arrangements whit
the Customer, who can ask to cancel
the full or partial order and to get
back import eventually paid. |

| Payment
modality |
|
The final step of order procedure is
to select the payment modality among
the following options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
payment is maden by cash or cheque
when goods are delivered.
- Advanced Credit Transfer:
in the automatic e-mail of order
confirmation Customer can find the
main points to made credit transfer;
this has to be effected before goods
shipment. To curtail delivery time
we recommend to send a copy of operation
by fax at the number +39.0815224557.
At moment different payment
modalities are not possible.

| Delivery
modality |
|
Customer
can choose two different goods delivery
modality:
- Collect goods care of
an EsseCi Point: before completing
order, Customer will be able to
choose the favourite EsseCi
Points
- Home delivery: goods
will be delivered directly at Customer's
home by express courier. Address
of delivery will be that Customer
put at the moment of registration.
EsseCi Computers
will do everything
is possible to get short delivery
time.
Customer is invited to communicate
delivery delay and others poor service.

| Right
to withdraw |
|
On
bases of art.
5 in Decreto Legislativo 22/05/1999
n.185 relatively at the customer guardianship
about contract to distance, customers
have the right to withdraw when they
are unsatisfied about received goods.
Precisely it is possible to return goods
to EsseCi Computer and to obtain
substitution of goods or price reimbursement
with the exclusion of shipping costs
(both for dispatch and return) communicating
it by recorded delivery within 10 days
from receiving of goods. Comunication
can be sent even by fax provided that
decision to use the right to withdraw
is confirmed by recorded delivery within
48 hours. Registred letter has to contain
a copy of our invoice and data for effecting
the bank transfer (CODE CAB – CODE ABI
- COURRENT ACCOUNT).
The right to withdraw is not usable
when Customer buys for aim concerning
his working activity (for ex.: retailers,
ecc.).
Customer is informed that products are
not supplied for trying out them so
he is invited to carefully check product
details and compatibilities with the
producer before effected orders.
EsseCi Computers will reimburse
money already paid from the Customer
for the payment of products.
The use of right to withdraw and
the requested data can be communicated
to EsseCi Computers
in the following ways:
- Sending an e-mail at the

- Sending a recorded delivery

At the same address within 10 days from
the receiving of product, Customer has
to return it by post.
The reimburse of money already
paid from the Customer for the payment
of products will be effected by the
chosen modality, free of charge and
as soon as possible, but
within 30 days from the receiving of
the returned goods. |

guarantees |
|
EsseCi
Computers guarantees its products
for every defect. In case Customer finds
some defect in a bought product, he
has the right to withdraw
within 10 days from the receiving of
goods. If he finds defects after this
time, Customer has to communicate it
quickly to EsseCi Computers,
by one of this modalities:
- Sending an e-mail at the
